  • Must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used grooming or hygiene products (for safety reasons)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection of the refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Need a different size, flavor, or item?

  • Contact us to request an exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability and must meet the same return conditions as above

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item sent

  • Damage during shipping

In such cases, we’ll cover return shipping and resolve the issue promptly.
